NALDESK or NALVIEW will not stay in memory

Environment

Novell ZENworks Desktop Management 7 - ZDM7 Application Launcher (NAL)

Situation

On some machines (generally slower specification PCs), NALDESK will not stay loaded in memory.
Subsequent attempts to load NALWIN or NALDIAG are successful, but NALDESK or NALVIEW will not load.

Resolution

Fixed in ZENworks 7 with SP1 Desktop Management, available athttps://download.novell.com

This is a timing issue, which will be more apparent on some slower PCs
