Symptoms:
Mailbox Storage Size Information does not show up all the columns

Resolution

Corrective Actions:
1. Launch ConsoleOne
2. Highlight the User object
3. Click Tools | GroupWise Utilities | Mailbox/Library Maintenance
4. In the Action list, select Reset Client Options, then click Run
