Situation
Diagpwd returning -1695 error when a user is created with a hashed
password
Steps to duplicate:
Add a new user without UP enabled and a {SSHA} simple password
Assign a password policy with UP enabled to the user
Login as the user
Retrieving password status with diagpwd4 fails with error -1695.

Resolution
Current work around:
If a hashed simple password has been imported, have the user login once before assigning a password policy.
