After upgrade to Messenger 2.0.2, users repeatedly get disconnected

Environment

Novell GroupWise Messenger 2 Service Pack 2
NetWare

Situation

Symptoms:
Clients will freeze and then get disconnected.

Changes:
Upgraded to GroupWise Messenger 2.0.2 from GroupWise Messenger 2.0.1.
Upgrade appears to work OK including prompting users to upgrade their client.

Resolution

There is setting for a new feature in service pack called "Connection Monitor".
Add '/conntimeout-0' to the Message Agent startup file (sys:\novell\nm\ma\strtup.ma).
