Can the Delete button be removed from the User Application, Edit User page?

There is no way to remove or disable the Delete button that appears within the Detail Portlet, Edit User page.  This button appears when an Administrator enters the Edit User information screen and when pressed will delete the current user.

In the current 3.0.x releases of the Novell User Application, it is not possible to remove the Delete button.  A Request For Enhancement (RFE) was entered that would allow the for the removal of this button so that user information can be edited by an administrator, but the user cannot be deleted.   Development is taking this Enhancement under consideration to be addressed in a future release of the User Application.
