Can not hide/disable the 'Request & Approvals' link when the browser is set in other languages

Can not hide/disable the "Request & Approvals' when the browser setting is set to languages other than English.

This is a bug in Novell User Application 3.0x.

The steps to work around this problem are listed below:

1) Login to the User Application as an admin user.
2) Select 'Portlet Admin' tab.

3) Select the "Header Portlet" then "Preference"

4) Click on the "Detaill" link next to the "Show Request and Approvals" field

5) Scroll down to access the desired language.

6) Change the value from 'show' to 'hide'
7) Click Apply then OK
8) Save Preferences
