Situation

Customised eGuide Themes missing after applying SP5

Resolution

Customer Themes are stored in these directories on the server.

sys:tomcat\4\webapps\eguide\web-inf\templates\xsl
sys:tomcat\4\webapps\eguide\look

These directories are replaced during the install of SP5.

If you backed up your files during the SP install, the backup option renames the
eGuide/WEB-INF\templates
to
eGuide/WEB-INF\templates.old
 
The custom themes need to be reapplied from template.old after the upgrade
 
If you did not elect to backup these files, the changes are lost.
