Situation

NMAS LDAP TRANSPORT ERROR trying to create universal password in iManager when changing Universal Passwords.

In LDAP trace receive TLS accept failure 1 on connection 0x######, setting err = -5875.

Issues is only on one iManager server. Only some of the help desk staff get the error and no collection owners get the error.

Resolution

Found that the iManager in question had old modules. We updated them and bounced Tomcat. All help desk users are now able to change Universal Passwords.
