Situation
Expire/Reduce Messages task ignore the Exclude List
Exclude list is ignored
Users placed in the Exlcude tab are processed anyway
Mails are Expired/Reduced for all the users in the selected Post Office

Fixed in Snapins for GroupWise administration Version 6.5.5
Possible Workaround: GWCheck standalone utility from Support Pack 6.5.4 does not show this issue.
