Imaging off BOOTCD fails with GATEWAY E4610D

Environment

Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Support Pack 1 - ZDM7 SP1 Imaging

Situation

Imaging Gateway E4610D fails using BootCD, process fails and closes out before loading to BASH prompt.
 
 
Issue also seen when PXE booting, however this scenario is fixed by using latest patch and modifying the BIOS settings to LEGACY MODE.
