Environment
Novell ZENworks Desktop Management 7 - ZDM7
Novell NetStorage
Novell iChain
Novell NetStorage
Novell iChain
Situation
NetIdentity in ZENworks Agent does not work with Cookieless NetStorage.
With NetStorage option "Cookieless=1" , workstations with the NetIdentity client can't create folders, upload files, etc. in NetStorage.

Resolution
The Novell Single Sign-on solution is Novell Secure Login (NSL).
1. If you have iChain, the *only* way to get Single Sign-on with NetStorage is to use ZEN agent (NetIdentity) with Cookieless set to 0 (zero).
2. Please note that Cookieless is NOT an SSO solution -- it was never meant to be an SSO solution for iChain and NetStorage. It was implemented to allow WebDAV access from Apple Mac OS clients.
3. The information in this TID should be considered when working with KB 10071930 'Can't single-sign on to NetStorage through iChain' .
Additional Information
The NetIdentity Client is installed by default by the ZENworks Agent (ZFDAGENT.MSI ).
