Situation
Is it possible to reassign/escalate a request to another
manager?
For example:
A user logs in to the User Application to send a request
to her manager. The manager in this case does not want
to claim the request, but would like to reassign/escalate the
request to her manager.
Resolution
At this time, this functionality can not be done.
An option for this is to use the retry addressee when the
approver does not work on it. ( a request comes in, it
will be sent to the addressee. If the addressee does not
response within the specify time (timeout interval
value), it will be reassigned to the retry
addressee).
