Subscriber distribution view shows unknown status

Situation

While using iManager to check the status of a distribution through the Subscriber Distribution View (SDV) or Tiered Distribution View (TDV) the status of the distributions shows "unknown”.

Resolution

This happens when the distributor has been restarted, the status will only be shown after the distribution has been send or after a status update (for example if the distribution got extracted) has been received from a subscriber.
