Situation

Missing DFS Volume GUID attribute to the volume object, after re-creating this object in NDS.

Resolution

A repair of the VLDB will add the DFS GUID back to the volume object.

Additional Information

When a volume object is deleted, or has to be deleted for whatever reason, you have to use either NSSMU or iManager to add the object back into NDS.

The problem is that re-adding this volume object into NDS does not automatically recreate the DFS Volume GUID, nor link that to the Volume object again.

A repair of the VLDB add the DFS GUID to the volume object will fix this.
