Situation

The evaluation version does not allow more than ten users to log in at one time.
Can not get system to upgrade from EVAL to full licensed version of Messenger.
GroupWise Messenger update from Evaluation to Licensed version.

Resolution

Manually copy the nmaa.nlm and nmma.nlm files to the sys:system directory or where ever you have installed the agents to IE:

1) Unload the messenger agents and make sure that the nlm's are unloaded.

2) From the server console type m nm* to list any modules loaded by this name (make sure that nmma and nmaa are unloaded)

3) Rename the current nmaa.nlm and nmma.nlm's and qfind217.nlm found at sys\system\ma and sys\system\aa

4) Copy the new nlm's in their place from the extracted messenger.zip (sdd\server\nlm)

5) restart messenger

Additional Information

The eval dates for the messenger agent and archive agent dates are newer then the Licensed version so the install of the licenced version over the eval does not copy over the licensed nlms needed.
