How do I create a process definition?

Creating a Process Definition

NOTE:Once you create a Process, you cannot delete it. The created Process Definition will appear under User Defined folder.

Click the iTRAC tab.
In the Navigator, click iTRAC Administration à Template Manager.
Highlight an existing process (HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, SANS or a user defined process), right-click à Create Copy.
Enter a Name.
If you select a time out, you must enter an email address and a time. Time is in whole numbers. You can select minutes, seconds, hours or days.
Enter a description.
