Situation

Error: Microsoft error message "Server Busy". This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem.

Running mouse over applications and folders causes error.

Resolution

On supported platforms, Configure Set the Random Refresh Spread to 0 and "Always Evaluate Referrals" to YES in the Launcher Configuration.
