When submitting a team resource request you must specify a recipient

Situation

When submitting a team resource request is it possible to not select a recipient?
When submitting a team resource request from the User Application Portal you are given 4 steps:
1) select the resource category
2) select the resource
3) select the recipient
4) complete the request form of the provisioning request
If you do not specify a recipient (step 3) it does not allow you to proceed.

Resolution

In the current version of Identity Manager User Application, request team resource steps are not customizable, you must specify a recipient.
