User Cannot Login using /ph switch to Restored Post Office.

Situation

When trying to login to the Restored Post office, none of the users can login. Error " Your administrator has turned on LDAP authentication, try using your directory services password."

Resolution

1. Open Console One, Connect to the Domain owning the Post office in the Live system.
2. Go to the properties of Post office. Under GroupWise tab, select the Security.
3. Set the Security to Low. Exit and the rebuild the Post office to a temporary location.
4. Copy the newly created Wphost.db to the Restored Post office Location and replace it with the old one.
5. Revert changes back to the original Security settings for the Post office.

The above changes to the Live system have to done in quick session to avoid distruption in services.
