Unable to log in to GMS

GroupWise user in one post office cannot log in to Mobile server WebPIM

GroupWise user in one post office cannot sync mail to a device

Groupwise user in post office other than the Authentication Source Post office are unable to login

Redirection fail for GMS users

ERROR: "GroupWise authenticator error: Error logging into system. [53273] Invalid password"

ERROR: "Invalid password[53505]"

ERROR: "User not on post office[53505]"
ERROR: "Access denied. Caller is not allowed access to a file[33281]"

ERROR: "Access denied. Caller is not allowed access to a file[53273]"

Please make sure that the following files are installed in the SYS:\SYSTEM Directory or any other directory from where the Post Office Agent loads.

XGAB5.NLM
XGBAS5.NLM

XGCAL5.NLM

XGDM5.NLM
XGMSG5.NLM

If the above files are missing, please copy the missing files listed above from SDD\Agents\NLM\ Directory in to the SYS:\SYSTEM or any other directory where the POA NLMs are installed and restart the Post Office Agent

OR

Reinstall Post Office Agent on NetWare by following the steps listed in the following link

Please make sure that the following files are installed in the Directory from where the Post Office Agent loads

If the above files are missing, please copy the missing files listed above from SDD\Agents\NT Directory to the directory where the POA DLLs are installed
