Cannot add multiple static routes to Linux Access Gateway configuration

Situation

Installed the Linux Access Gateway (LAG) and wanted to configure multiple static routes via the Access Administrator utility. Adding one or two worked fine but as soon as the third or more static routes were added, a warning would appear saying that the changed were not applied. The actual message was

"Changes will not be applied until Apply Changes..."

The health screen would also give some additional information regarding the problem such as

Static default route is configured.
(Required Action) Re-apply the configuration with the 'apply' command.Gateway
147.2.16.254 status unknown, monitoring off.
(Required Action) Re-apply the configuration with the 'apply' command.Kernel
routing tables are missing entries.
(Required Action) Re-apply the configuration with the 'apply' command.
Looking at the routing table on the LAG with 'ip route sh', the routes added will not show up.

Looking at the /var/log/ics_dyn.txt file on the Linux Access Gateway, an error would

Resolution

Apply the Linux Access Gateway 70 build (available in Access Manager IR1 patch). The problem only occured when secondary IP addresses were added to the primary interface.
