Situation
Quattro Pro attachments view fine in GroupWise 6.5 SP6 and
GroupWise 7 sp1 windows client
Cannot view Quattro Pro attachments in GroupWise Webaccess client
Attachment views as ascii garbage

Resolution
This problem has been duplicated in-house and GroupWise
development has been notified. Note: used the January 18, 2006
build of GroupWise 7 Webaccess.
STD:
1. Attach a Quattro Pro document to a mail message in
GroupWise and send it to yourself
2. Open the message in the Webaccess client and View it.
It shows up as ascii garbage in GroupWise 6.5 sp6 and there is no
error on the Webaccess Agent. In GroupWise 7 Document Viewer Agent
you see the error:
" Error WP1: Action: Conversion; File: Notebk1.qpw;
Error: Document conversion error: possible configuration/system
problem (SCCERR_NOITEM) ".
The GroupWise 7 Webaccess client shows the error "Unable
to view Notebk1.qpw"
New Information:
This problem has been fixed in the 4/3/2006 build of GroupWise
7 SP1 or later.
