"Your login session has timed out" if your dns name has an underscore

Attempting to login to iManager 2.7 after having connected to iManager 2.7 via Internet Explorer to a server that the DNS name has an underscore in the name will immediately give you "Your login screen timed out. Please try again."

Internet Explorer blocks cookies if the server name contains characters that are not supported by Domain Name System (DNS).

Work around:

1. Use the IP address instead of the DNS name with an underscore.

2. Also using Firefox works with the DNS name that has an underscore in it.
