Missing tabs in a web PIM interface.

Environment

Novell GroupWise 7
GroupWise Mobile Server (GMS)

Situation

Applied SP2 for GMS.
When user logs in a GMS mailbox via web PIM interface there is just Settings and Logout tabs visible.

Resolution

In SP2 for GMS 2.x a default GUI for all users is limited. You will need to re-enable it from Admin Console on a GMS server. Expand Intellisync Mobile Suite and go into Email Accelerator | Email Accelerator User setting and edit a default profile. Here activate again "Enable web PIM functionality" option. There is no need to restart a service and the setting is available immediately on-a-fly. User must logout and login again in his mailbox and will see all default tabs again.
