Environment

Novell GroupWise WebAccess 7
Windows 2000 server
Windows 2003 server

Situation

Cannot log in to GroupWise WebAccess
Tomcat service will not start

Resolution

Uninstall Tomcat by running the Uninstall.exe under the c:\novell\tomcat55 directory and then reinstall WebAccess over the top of the current Webaccess install which will reinstall Tomcat
