NMAS Radius and Required Replicas

This document provides a brief description of required replicas to ensure the RADIUS service functionality.

The RADIUS Service requires a replica or replica's of three containers to operate properly :

1. The container holding the DAS (Dial Access System) object and profiles
2. The container holding the users that will be authenticating
3. The security container (for the NMAS Methods and Login Policy objects)

These three containers are requirements. The RADIUS Servicemayoperate without them, but intermittent errors (or a nonfunctional RADIUS service) may ensue.
