Email template's subject line does not work with variables.

Novell Nsure Identity Manager 2.0

Situation

When trying to create an e-mail message template a variable in the subject line does not work properly. An error shown below (-9010) is also returned when this happens in the trace of the DirXML events.

Resolution

Variables in the subject of an e-mail template are not supported in Identity Manager (IDM) 2. This is added in IDM 3. Upgrade to the latest version to use this new feature.
