Event system doesn't apply access control

Situation

In some cases, users without appropriate trustee assignments, could register and view events.

Resolution

This issue has been resolved in 8.8 SP2 and 8.7.3 SP10. After applying those versions, users must have Supervisor rights to the server object before they can register for events.
