Situation
Attempting to manage the Driver Store print drivers results in error msg :-
"Exception reading print drivers
java.net.UnknownHostException
host.domain.com
IPP Error: 0x40001"
Resolution
The workstation from where mobile iManager is running is unable to resolve the servers Address.
Ensure the workstation or server which hosts iManager can resolve the name to which the print manager is bound. To determine the address to which the Print Manager is bound, see the PSMHostAddress value in the /etc/opt/novell/iprint/conf/ipsmd.conf.

Either fix DNS, or add an entry in the host file on the machine where iManager is being run. If the version of iManager is Workstation iManager, then update the workstation's hosts file. If the version of iManager is from the server, then update the server's hosts file.
