Can't get to NetStorage on HTTPS via Virtual Office

Situation

When viewing the Files option in Virtual Office, the following error is displayed :
NetStorage getData:IOException
URL=https://ServerName/oneNet/xtier-login
Can connect withhttp://servername/netstorage, but can't connect tohttps://servername/vo
Can Connect directly to NetStorage using HTTPS just not through VO
Can't get to NetStorage on HTTPS via Virtual Office

Resolution

Import the SSL certificate from the NetStorage into the Virtual Office server's tomcat keystore. For specific details on this process, refer to TID10086735 for more detailed instructions
