Situation
When attempting to send a print job from Synaptris Intelliprint an
error msg is seen :-
"Error calling intelliprint - PREVIEW Printer Command Error Number - 215"
Other symptoms were print dialog windows taking a very long time to open.

Apply Microsoft hotfix KB 893225
