Situation

versions of PHP and MySQL have not been updated in NW65SP7

Resolution

After reviewing feedback from customers, engineering, and technical support Novell management has made a decision regarding the PHP and MySQL components that ship with NetWare 6.5. The decision is to not move forward with updates to these components. Novell encourages customers to move to Open Enterprise Server Linux which includes the latest versions of PHP and MySQL. We believe this is the best long term solution for customers.
