Environment
Novell GroupWise 7
Situation
When distribution list B, nested in dist list A (located in a
different domain), is renamed, Dist list B is removed from the
membership list of dist list A.
Resolution
Work Around:
When renaming a distribution list that is nested in another dist list located outside its own domain, remember to add it back into the membership of the parent dist list.

If you have a distribution list nested in another distribution list
in another domain, and if the child dist list is renamed, it is
removed from the parent distribution list's membership and has to
be added back in manually.
This does not occur if the two distribution lists are in the same PO or same Domain. In those cases, renaming the nested distribution list has no change. When renaming the Dist list, Checking the option "save old name" still returns the same problem.
