Environment

Novell ZENworks 10 Configuration Management

Situation

Cannot login to ZENworks 10
Unable to see "Login" menu item when right clicking on Z icon
Properties of Z icon does not show "Logged In As:" and does not show user source or user name

Resolution

Create a user source in the ZENworks Control Center, Configuration tab, User Sources. See section 9.2 of the on-line documentation for details.
