Situation

Error CIFS: Unable to read attributes of ... from NDS, error = 20405
Error occurs when cluster resource is brought online and the
CIFS ADD .CN=.OU=.O=.T.
command is run.

Resolution

20405 means Invalid Path. Check the shares if one of the shares does point to an non existing path.
This can happen when the path is deleted to which the CIFS share is pointing to.
