Unable to install ZDM 7 SP1 to 4-Node NetWare Cluster

Environment

Novell NetWare 6.5 Support Pack 6

Situation

ZDM 7 SP1 the install would terminate as soon as the user browsed to the OU containing the 4-Node Cluster.
Network traces revealed the final communications from the client prior to the crash was SAMBA between the client and the cluster.

Resolution

Since SAMBA is not required for the install, the customer disabled the Workstation service on the PC performing the install.
The user was then able to successfully browse to the cluster server and begin the install.
