Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Support Pack 1 - ZDM7 SP1 Imaging

Situation

Fujitsu Stylistic ST5112 imaging doesn't work (external USB CDROM), no bash prompt with BOOTCD.
Tried ZENworks 7 SP1 HP5. Still fails.

Resolution

From testing the hardware at Novell, some CDROMs worked some did not.  If the CDROM does not work, the suggestion is to use TID 7001616 'How to manually add newid parameter to the ZENworks imaging partition'.
