Situation
Console messages indicating SYS volume is full.

Resolution
iChain versions before SP3 created a SYS volume size of 500mb. This
has been determined to be too small and with the extra files
included with later support packs, can create a situation where the
SYS volume is close to running out of space. If earlier versions of
iChain are upgraded with an OTWUG (over the wire upgrade), then the
partition sizes will not be altered from those of the original
installation.
In this situation the iChain appliance needs to be reinstalled using a CDROM created from the ISO image of the latest version. This will repartition the disks appropriately and monitor will show a SYS volume size of 1.5 GB.
