Situation
After configuring the options for "Hit the Road" from the
client, and then clicking OK to start the sync, the following error
is displayed:
Unable to connect to online groupwise system.
Resolution
Check the properties of the POA object in ConsoleOne. From the GroupWise tab, select the Agent Settings page and make sure "Enable TCP/IP (for Client/Server) is checked. If it is not, the unable to connect error will be displayed.
