Environment
Novell Virtual Office
Situation
Cannot answer challenge question with Virtual Office 1.6. Error
occurs when answering challenge questions from VO 1.6. The answer
was originally set within VO and the question was truncated.
Problem generally occurs with longer questions but is more likely based on the number of words.
The sentence used "What are the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN)?"
Setting the answer in VO truncates to "Number(SSN)?"
Cannot duplicate the problem with iManager 2.02 /nps or the NetWare client 4.91sp2.
Also does not occur if question is shortened.

STEPS to DUPLICATE:
1. Install VO 1.6 and configure for UP (login as admin and set)
2. Set a required Challenge question of "What are the last 4 digits of your
Social Security Number (SSN)?"
3. Login as a use to VO to set the challenge questions.
4. Go to VO page and click the forgotten password link.

You can work around the issue by logging into the 491sp2 client and setting the
challenge questions. Then you cannot duplicate the problem with VO.
You can also work around the issue by shortening the question (step 2) "Social
Security Number (SSN)?"" Or "What are the last 4 digits"
