Situation
How does NSL6 work with passphrase disabled?
If passphrases are part of the NSL encryption scheme, why can they be disallowed?

Resolution
With NSL6 we can now "disable" (actually hide)
passphrases. This is an option available in iManager if the
datatstore version is set to 6. With this setting, new users
will not be prompted
to create a passphrase the first time NSL is launched. Instead, NSL will use the "password" as the "passphrase" in the encryption algorithm.
