NAL prompts for Authentication when DisablePassiveModeLoginPrompt=1

Environment

Novell ZENworks 7 Desktop Management Support Pack 1 - ZDM7 SP1

Situation

When PassiveMode and DisablePassiveModeLoginPrompt are enabled and when AutoAdminLogon is enabled for Windows,
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\NetWare\NAL\1.0\LocalLoginOnly is set to a value of 0 instead of 1.
This causes NAL to prompt for authentication when it is launched.
ZDM7 SP1 HP4 and previous versions of the agent caused this value to be set to 1.
