Situation

Symptoms:
ERROR: "Insufficient LDAP Authentication" while loading Messenger agent
Cause:
LDAP user name specified in the startup file does not have the right access to eDirectory

Resolution

Corrective Actions:
1. Edit the startup file for the Messenger Agent
2. Change the /ldapuser switch with a user that has admin rights to eDirectory
3. Change the /ldappasswd switch with the password of the above user
4. Restart the Messenger Agent
