Agent Manager is not sending events

Situation

The Agent Manager is not sending any events to the Sentinel Server. The Agent Manager does show up in the Agent tab in Sentinel Console and is sending health messages normally. When agents are started, the agentengine.exe processes are started.

Resolution

Sentinel requires the Agent Manager machine to have local host mapped to 127.0.0.1. Verify that the local host is mapped to 127.0.0.1 on the Agent Manager machine.
