iManager 2.5 to 2.6 upgrade, Page not Found error

Situation

Upgraded from iManager 2.5 to iManager 2.6. Now getting a page cannot be displayed error.

Resolution

1. Verify Tomcat4 was loading properly by stopping tomcat (tc4stop) and starting it (tomcat4). Looked on the logger screen to see that AJP13 listening on port 9010 was stated.
2.. Verify Apache was listening on ports 80 and 443 with TCPCON (Protocol Information | TCP | Connections | to get port numbers.) If it is not, look in the sys:/apache2/logs directory for the current error log (likely startup.err) and see if it shows an error, troubleshoot that error.
In this case the startup.err log file showed that it could not find the sys:/tomcat/4/conf/nps-apache.conf file. We looked for that file and only found a nps-apache.~1 file. We renamed that file to nps-apache.conf and started apache with ap2webup. He could then login to iManager.
