Novell Audit 2.0.2 JDBC Channel
Situation
An error appears complaining about an inability to load jdgjava into the service when starting the
Audit Secure Logging Server. A JDBC channel is configured in
eDirectory.
Resolution
The 'Configuration Requirements' section of the Audit 2.0
Administration Guide states that you must copy the JDBC drivers to
the Java classpath.
On a Windows machine you must additionally add the jvm.dll directory path to the Path system variable or copy that DLL into a location specified by that variable. A Windows server must be rebooted for this to take effect. This is not required for any other platform.
