Can't create a new Post Office object

Create wpoffice directory in the Domain directory if it does not exist and copy ngwguard.dc file from GroupWise Software\PO to wpoffice directory under domain directory

Null creation pointer error may be received due to several attempts to create a new post office, thereby prohibiting the display of POA properties as if it needs to be grafted again.

Deleting the POA object and creating it again resolves the null pointer error
