ZPM 6.3 Agent does not work on non-English platform

Launching the ZPM Control Panel Applet on non-English XP results in the message
"An error has occurred whilst starting the control panel. The control panel will now exit."

The agent is non-functional, the event log contains entries such as:

AgentEngineApp::startAgent: Agent: An unknown exception was caught when the AgentThread constructor was run.

 [AgentEngine.cpp:308]

This is fixed in the 6.3 P-1 agent, version 6.3.2.858, which is available for installation as a vulnerability from your ZPM server.
