Sentinel: Upgrade port configuration file

Resolution

UpgradePortCfgFile is a command line utility that is used during the upgrade process from Sentinel 4.2 to Sentinel 5. It should be used in conjunction with the Sentinel 4.2 to Sentinel 5 Data Migration and Upgrade instructions in the Installation Guide.

This utility converts the file:

%WORKBENCH_HOME%\Agents\localhost_portcfg.dat

from the format used in Sentinel 4.2 to the format used in Sentinel 5.
