Situation

Users not able to login to messenger even though the password is correct and has been reset.

0xAE11 Original Password is not valid

Resolution

Intruder Lockout is set on the user and stays checked even if the password is reset. Remove Intruder Locket on the user's eDirectory account to remove this error.
